There is the phenomenon that the allocation of power of each motor is out of balance inthe high-power belt conveyor that driving by multi-motor, the thesis puts forward an schemein order to overcome the problem base on the hydraulic viscidity device.The paper introduces the mechanism of the hydraulic viscidity device at first, themagnetism iron in the electro-hydraulic proportional valve and the ratio-amplifier as theimportant components in the system, it is necessary to introduce the working principle of themagnetism iron and analysis the constitutes and functions of every circuits of ratio-amplifierespecially the sign dispose circuit; the reasons of heat generating in the hydraulic visciditydevice working process, the heat generates much by the oil torque when there is slippingbetween disks, it is must to add cooling facility to decrease the oil temperature so that protectthe equipment, so the author compares the characteristics of many temperature control system,and brings a way to control the oil temperature that be considered accommodate to thehydraulic viscidity device; Through study the ratio of pull among rollers and the reasons ofunbalance power among motors, advance a means to adjust every power of motor, that is baseon the current of every motor by regulate the thickness of oil film.In the end of the thesis, the author designs the electro-control system and the flow of thecontrol system under the front analysis.
