The study and application of nuclear analysis technology promote the fundamental study; at the same time, it is very important to promote the development of the marginal subject. Current nuclear analysis technology has had a huge effect on physics, chemistry and biology etc, and it has penetrated into many aspects of national economy. By nuclear spectrum analysis, we can get the important information of matter structures and composing element etc. directly or indirectly, so the extract of nuclear spectrum is especially significant to the nuclear analysis technology.With deep research on the acquiring system of the nuclear spectrum, it will be faced with large numbers of new technologies; we cannot depend on experience and simple estimation and we must simulate hardware, configuration and algorithm of the different acquiring system of the nuclear spectrum on computer in advance, and get the feasibility and precision of it. Consequently, we can amend it based on the simulation and get an optimal configuration. The simulation of acquiring system of the nuclear spectrum needs a set of simulation tool, we need a gather of element (block set), and it must depict the action of the hardware and software. Through the combination of simulation technology and the study of acquiring nuclear spectrum and with the powerful simulation and modeling of Matlab/Simulink, we can build our own model and block set of acquiring nuclear spectrum.In order to develop acquiring nuclear spectrum system easily and rapidly, a digital nuclear signal random generator principle and algorithm is developed, and a corresponding model is built under Simulink6.0. The model can produce a series of digital random signal according to detector; count rate and noise level requested, and it helps to study acquiring nuclear spectrum system.In this paper we introduce the trapezoidal filter algorithm of digital nuclear signal and design a windows program to optimize the filter and discuss the effect of its parameter. It is guidable for the latter signals processing. With the purpose of simulation, we build the models of single exponential and biexponential digital nuclear signal under Simulink6.0, which makes up of a portion of the acquiring nuclear spectrum system.In order to manage and maintain the models effectively, we build an acquiring nuclear spectrum system bloke set under Simulink6.0, which comprises signal generator subsystem and trapezoidal shaping filter to look through, amend and use these models expediently and quickly. It helps to study acquiring nuclear spectrum system.
