Crossing air pressure pulse by passing high-speed trains is an important aerodynamicproblem on the high speed and safety. We can get some useful data on the crossing airpressure for evaluating the security of the high-speed train.In this thesis, the author takes CRH high-speed train as the research object. The air flowfield of the two passing high-speed trains is numerically investigated by simulating withthe software CFdesign, at the same time, experimentally investigated also be adopted toget a reference to validate it. Finally, we got the air pressure pulse figure with thecomparison of these two methods on the base of theoretic analysis.The author uses the software ICEM CFD to mesh the grid for the calculating domainand surface of the train. And then the dynamic grid technology of CFdesign to do thesimulation on the high-speed trains passing event. The simulating is under the twofollowing conditions: the two trains passing at the same speed and different speed.Finally, the author analyzed the transverse force and torque on the train surface with thesimulation result.During the experimental investigation, a self-development system 'Surface air pressurecollect system for the high speed train' is used to collect the air pressure data on theselect points.In this thesis, by analyzing the result of the research, we can get conclusion on therelationship between the train speed and the air pressure pulse when the train passing atthe same speed. And we also compared the influence on the two trains when theypassing at different speed.
