Ship body and mechanic equipment are jointed by many affiliates, so the vibrations of the joints have a great influence on the whole structure vibration. These vibrations will affect the workers' convenience and the work of the machine. If there are equipment on the top of the slim ship construction, the demand for the dynamic response is high and the joint's damp is very important. The part of connection not only can deliver the force, energy and power, but also can consume the vibration energy to hot and voice. The coupling loss factor one of the most important factor describes the delivery of energy between the systems. Using the statistics energy analysis method analysis the power flow of coupling part ,the exhaust and delivery of power on that part. Establishing the structural SEA model, the SEA model of the whole structure was build up, and the computation equation of non-conservatively CLF is deduced out based on the structure' power equality. Based on these, the theoretical deduce, simulate mathematics calculate and analysis of an actual mechanic equipment joint are given explicitly, including some valuable conclusion on structural apply.
