Within the 20 years after the advent of the first grinding mill in the world,there is a rapid development of the pulverizing grinding equipment,Roller mill and Horimill appeared regularly.Horimill,as a whole new equipment,is fascinated by more and more client because of its high efficiency and energy saving.it was used popularly in the world and greatly push the development of the cement industry.but it was not used commonly in China because of its high price,thus it block the development of Chinese cement industry.nowadays,Though many research units and companies are developing the Horimill,the effect is not very ideal.One of the important reasons lies in the lack of understanding of the Horimill' dynamic characters.So this thesis is based on the dynamic analysis and experiment research of the Horimoll,hope that there will be some breakthroughs.Firstly,this thesis introduce the structure and operating principle of the Horimoll,establish the physic model.In order to establish the model conveniently,we make five assumption,these assumptions are reasonable in theory.on the base of the assumption,we establish the vibration model of the Horimill system. Before the analysis of the dynamic charactersof the Horimill system,we need the parameters of the oil cylinder,but we can not obtain it directly.So we identify the parameters with modal technique .The results of the identification show that the model of the oil cylinder is logical,and on the base of the results,we modify the model of the oil cylinder.Secondly,this thesis introduce the analytical procedures of the single freedom system.takeing the Horimill of 0300mm for a example,we mainly analyze the dynamic characters of the YAGUN system.after the analysis of the vibration signals,the results is approximate with the theoretical analysis,this demonstrate that the model we establish in the thesis is right.At last,we simply introduce the constituent part and the calibration of the testing system.the test of the system includes the testing of the YAGUN system,the testing of the oil cylinder,the testing of the basis.The results of the testing of the YAGUN show that the stress which was forced on the YAGUN by the cement materiel is not at the middle of it. The results of the testing of the oil cylinder show that the effect of oil cylinder is very good. The results of the testing of the basis show that the testing spots of the inputting point includes more information than the outputting point,so,when taking tests and making analysis,we should choose the spots of the inputting point.
