Based on the comprehensive research of stress monitoring research condition and mechanical behavior analysis theory in construction stage of the prestressed concrete continuous bridge in our country, detailed stress monitoring test research is preceded while the construction monitoring of one bridge is considered as the example.Firstly, according to the structure character and construction requirement, the selection of sensors and optimizing arrangement of measures points are completed, and then the compound technology research between sensors and concrete is preceded, the acquisition method of strain monitoring data is completed also. Because the measured strain data contains the concrete shrinkage strain and creep strain which behave nonlinear alteration, therefore, the research emphasis is how to divide the creep strain and shrinkage strain from the strain measured data.Secondly, emulation analysis research is made in construction phase of concrete continuous bridge. Numerical simulation analysis is made in construction phase of continuous bridge by means of ANSYS finite element analysis software. And a kind of calculated method of prestressing loss is introduced. Finally, the comparison analysis is made between the calculated result and the measured record, the result indicates that the measured record and the calculated result fit together very well, this means the two kinds of methods are all suitable. The test research of construction stress monitoring supplies operational evidence for long-time monitoring work of bridge, and it also ensures the construction safety. At the same time, the stress analysis method adopted in this paper has definitive reference value for other similar bridges.
