This dissertation is combined with the reconstruct item that is the heat-insulatied door for the environmental testing laboratory. The dissertation is according to the request of testing laboratory, carry on the reconstruct to already existing manual disassembly and assembly time-consuming ,designing can require to realize the automatically controlled heat-insulatied door system according to the test.The dissertation has investigated the domestic and international current situations of different automatically-controlled doors at first, confirm the overall design plan of the heat-insulatied door automatically. This scheme adopts electric drive to realize the opening and closing of the heat-insulatied door, the pneumatic locking realize to lock the heat-insulatied door tight, air curtain prevent laboratory internal and external air convection from realize heat preservation, PLC control method is controlled electrically. Use Catia V5, AutoCAD to built catalog files and 3D solid model of general, conventional and standard parts.According to the gate insulation design options for a specific design, the door of the insulation thickness of the insulation layer, the gate insulation block structure, the base of the insulation door structure and size of Guides has been designed.I used ANSYS software to analysis the strain and fatigue life under the work of the door insulation and draw useful conclusions.
