To Solve The Problem Of Dishumanity Of Highrise Buildings

Basing on the effectiveness of resolving the contradiction in population pressure, land limitation, and urban decoration aspects, highrise buildings become more and more important in city development. Highrise buildings, on one hand, fulfill the requirement of expedite land development with maximized profit, on another hand, ignore the mental and physical impact to urban residents.Significant stand-alone, meaningless outside space resulted from disjoint of highrise buildings and urban space is a key fact that outside space of highrise buildings lack of humanity. Currently, the contradiction that fast and heavy investment on city development along with exacerbating of city outside space, makes it critical to humanism outside space of highrise buildings by analyzing and referencing relative domestic and foreign experiences and integrating highrise buildings and urban space.This work presents the relationship on concept, development among highrise buildings, urban space, and humanity, analyzing the root cause of the problem that highrise buildings lack of humanity, and giving a method to integrated highrise buildings and urban space. Furthermore, the paper analyzes and limits the concept, value and deployment area of integration. By using existing theory and successful case for reference, it brings concrete method and evaluates criterion of humanity integration and outlook of highrise buildings' outside space. Hence, it effective resolves the conflicts between the effectiveness of city development and humanity.
