This thesis is sponsored by the Hi-tech Research and Development Program of China"Multi-frequency Drive Multi-resonance Ultrasonic Motor". A broad band ultrasonic motor drive was designed and fabricated. Ultrasonic motor drive, which has great peculiarity compared to traditional electromagnetic motor, is one of the key parts of ultrasonic motor. Ultrasonic motor drive with two phases, certain phase difference, same amplitude and same frequency is needed. It should provide driving voltage at ultrasonic frequency band with amplitude ranges from tens to hundreds of volts.However, currently available ultrasonic motor drive contains lots of harmonic component which is easy to excite unexpected working mode of the motor. And they are inconvenient to generalize and miniaturize. So, based on analysis of the shortcomings of common drive technology of ultrasonic motor, we propose a feasible plan and try to fabricate a general drive for all type ultrasonic motors. This will also be the basis of the study of multi-frequency drived ultrasonic motors.Some achievements are obtained. The main contents of this thesis can be summarized as following:1. Common ultrasonic motor drives are analyzed. Aiming at overcoming these shortcomings, we propsed a ultrasonic motor drive which can directly amplify sine wave to drive ultrasonic motor.2. A high linearity analog isolating circuit is designed and made to achieve electric isolation between weak and strong electricity and make signal generate circuit safe.3. Using MP108 high voltage power operational amplifier modular, we design and made a power amplifier with frequency band with 300kHz and power of 100W to amplify sine wave with high fidelity. An experiment is performanced on the power amplifier. The result shows the designed power amplifier can directly amplify sinw wave effectively.4. An ARM based detection-controlling software is programed to achieve control of sine wave signal generator circuit.5. Sine wave signal generator circuit is designed and tested. And the layout of analog -digital mixed circuit and anti-interference of high frequency circuit are analysed.
