This paper mainly researches on the electronic parameters measurement and harmonic components analysis system which is achieved with Cirrus Logic's∑-△A/D converter:CS5451A and TI DSP TMS320F2801.Its principle bases on CS5451A's sampling to three-phase Voltage and Current,converting these analog signals to 16 bits digital signals,then gaining three-phase power grid's parameters through TMS320F2801 calculation and also analyzing harmonic components through Fast Fourier Transform(FFT).Its main function includes the measurement for RMS of voltage,RMS of current,frequency,phase,power factor,active power,reactive power.All of these parameters can be sent to other functional microprocessor unit (MCU)system's communication through SPI interface for showing,storage,transmission.This paper came from my work.I have more experiences of electronic power meter and instrument meter,especially in power meter.As China economy is growing faster and faster,the electronic power meter market are more potential,and power meter's new functions such as tamper,multi-fare,GPRS meter reading,charge controlling...are continuously coming out.Before the project started,I did a lot of work for preparing.Through my hard working ten months,this task was finished at last.The sample's accuracy class of active power is up to 0.2 degree,and its reactive power is up to 1.0 degree,harmonic component up to 21 powers.
