Engine lube degenerate and make sediment during working, if the concentration of these injurant achieve one level will make engine work exceptionally.In additional, the reserves of crude oil reduces bit by bit, so energy sources saving is the study trend nowadays. Get the reasonable oil use threshold will protract the use period of engine and reduces the consumption of crude oil.Get the oil use threshold,that is relative to engine type,lube's quality,lube's prime quantity,engine's working condition and fuel type.The oil change period is decided by quality change controlling indicator of oil.Every sort of lube's quality change indicator is oil change indicator in principle,that is established that based on the travelling and engine bench test,so it's not accurately (so it can keep be used when achieve the indicator).But to guarantee the engines work normally,reduce abrasion,the more reasonable oil change cycle is better than longer;it's more important to protract the use period of engine than reduce the consumption of oil. How to get the exact oil use threshold?More researcher study on the run mileages or run hours of automobile after oil changed. Because each automobile has different oil change mileages and hours due to different engines'maintained condition,oil quality etc , It's difficult to generalize that majority user change lube statedly.This task study adopt two new parameters- Permittivity and Laser transmittance,we will get the oil use threshold based on these two parameters to get over the above stated disadvantage.The dissertation is distributed six parts,stated below:1. Depict the former task on lube's degenerative process and oil change circle.Analyse the shortcomings of normal analyse methods from test condition,tester,test operator's technique level,and unceasing renewal lube's character etc.2. Analyse the lube's degenerate process from three facets Base oil's oxidation,Additive's wastage,Lube contaminated.Then analyse the definition,appraised parameter,test approach and criterion about lube's Viscosity,TAN,flash point,Fe's content,insoluble substance's content of Pentane,water's content,TBN etc, and analyse test elements and influencing factors of lube's permittivity and transmittance test. For the first time,we put forward added permittivity and laser intensity relative decay rate as the character's appraisal parameters of lube simultaneously.3. In the lab condition,we analyse the qualitative relations between added permittivity&laser intensity relative decay rate and influencing factors,that is the change degree of added permittivity&laser intensity relative decay rate along with increase content of metal grain,acid,water,gas etc. so it have proved that these two parameters can reflect the degenerated degree of lube integratively, and support the lab test basis for the subsequent vehicle tests.4. Analyse the changes of physical chemistry character on lube's change circle that our country released,added permittivity and laser intensity relative decay rate along with the increaseing vehicle's run mileage,so we master the lube's performance in use,grasp the degenerate degree in use,it is meaningful to get the exact lube change circle,inspect the engine's abrasion condition.5. The paper use the cubic spline interpolation and multinomial fitting of matlab to get the each test vehicle's using thresholds of added permittivity and laser intensity relative decay rate. Through hypothesis testing,we judge these using thresholds accord with the weibull distributing model.Then we establish the two parameters and three parameters model on laser intensity relative decay rate and added permittivity,finally we get the these two indicators'using thresholds based on the established models. The effective oil change period due to the type of engine and how rigorously which it is operated, The research analyse qualitative relations between the influcing factors and added permittivity&laser intensity relative decay rate .Through the vehicle tests,we get the using thresholds of the added permittivity and laser intensity relative decay rate.Put the thresholds in the lube's on-line detection equipment, which it can remind the user change the lube at the proper time.
