Along with construction of high speed road in the city and further development of the urban construction, highway will increase overpass day by day. In order to increase landscape of the city, make the bridge obedience to the plane route arrangement and to enhance the the function of the transportation, the curved bridge arises at the historic moment. In the overpass project, the curved bridge is the essential method to realizes the transportation joint at all quarters. The big bridge both sides approach span often use the small-radius curved beam bridge.The torsion distribution of the continuous curved beam bridge can be changed by adjusting bearing eccentricity. The bearing eccentricity was important to the mechanical character of curved beam bridge. In virtue of the basic mechanical character, the sutiable bearing eccentricity method in continuous curved beam bridge was studied. The concrete step is as follows:1. The basic character and searching actuality and still existed problem were discussed and the necessity of searching this problem was demonstrated.2. Analyzing the short radius curved beam bridge's mechanics characteristic ,summarizing the problem in the designing of small-radius curved bridge.3. The normal modeling method of the curved bridge was debated. Through comparing and analyzing, grillage method being better in research of actual design of curved beam bridge has been brought.4. Computation is carried on in using grillage method in the enginerring example of the small-radius curved beam bridge. The analysis has compared several kind of different support plan computed results to obtain the reasonable support establishment form.5. Useing the trial and error procedure to carry on to above example ,I have obtained the eccentricity quantity under the combined load when the lower extremity pillar inside support is not to appear the negative reaction. I have summarized the principle of determining the eccentricity quantity with trial and error procedure by the computer.In this chapter, I give the detail description of how to set up model by using grillage method. Summarizing how to get the section characteristic of portrait component and landscape component when we use the beam-and-girder method. Through actual results of the projects, I give the reasonable form of support. The principle and the normal method of bearing eccentricity were talked about.
