The fire vehicle is one of the most important fire fighting equipment, its quality relates to the safety of fire fighter and nation, people's life and property directly. The rollover stability is the main testing item among the vehicle's compelling testing items. During the testing, the vehicle is placed in unladen weight. But actually, while the way to fire locale, fire vehicle is full the load of fire fighter and extinguishing agent such as water, foam concentrate in high speed. It's the great factor of fire vehicle's rollover stability that the fire vehicle is in the exterior condition such as the active load which is fire fighter and extinguishing agent, roadway condition, speed, etc. Therefore, the research of fire vehicle's dynamic rollover stability is as important as which of static rollover stability.Depending on the actual load of fire vehicle, the point of this paper is to establish the static and dynamic mathematic pattern of fire vehicle based on distributed load, to evaluate the criterion of rollover stability, to discuss the influence of the active load and to process virtual testing of rollover stability by the means of virtual model using simulation software ADAMS to carry on a 3D entity shape according to the structure of foam fire vehicle which type is SJD5140GXFPM50W1, then to validate the correctness of mathematic pattern of static rollover stability based on distributed load.This paper anticipates to maintain the reference for next edition of national vehicle standard, and also to provide the technical assistance for designer.
