The prestressed anchorage technique is widely used in projects such as side slope, hole excavated for building foundation, tunnel. Because of the corrosive medium in the prestressed anchorage cable working environment, and the huge prestress on the cable, the stress corrosion generally happens. In fact,some accidents duing to corrosion of anchorage cable have occurred. The durability question is valued by more and more people. However, the study of on prestressed cable durability and life security is still in initial step.The prestressed anchorage cable's corrosion is mainly the stress corrosion. This article according to the major influencing factors of stress corrosion, designs the indoor accelerating stress corrosion experiment and the field experiment, analyzes each influencing factor to the corrosion rate influence, the research pre-stressed anchor cable's durability, as well as project stability in the anchor cable inactivation situation's, gets the following progress:1.Stress corrosion's three major influencing factors are: magnitude of anchorage cable prestresse, ground water pH value and stress corrosion time. In view of three kind of influencing factors, designs orthogonal accelerating corrosion experiment, studys the regularity of stress corrosion speed.2.Adopting three influencing factors as the independent variable, the unit length quality loss is the main dependent variable, the cross section loss is the reference dependent variable, carries on the fitting to the tentative data, studies the prestressed anchorage cable's corrosion degree under certain corrosion environment after certain time.Gets the formula taking the time, the stress, the pH value as independent variable, the unit length quality loss factor as the dependent variable.3. Digs the prestressed anchorage cable useed certain time from actual project, analyzes its corrosion environment, and carries on the quantitative analysis to its corrosion degree, comparing the formula obtained from the laboratory experiment, then takes certain revision to the formula.4.In actual project, accidents offen happen duing to the corrosion of prestressed anchorage cable. By simulating the effect on a actual project overall stable when one of the prestressed anchorage cable inactivated, the anchor mechanism and the group anchor effect are researched in detail.5.At present,domestic anticorrosion technique for cables are mostly choosed according to the experience, causing the choice in many projects is unreasonable.According to the before research results, article puts forward the proposal to the anticorrosion craft. At the same time, this article puts forward the proposal to the examination technology, is helpful in the revelation latent danger, guaranteeing the structure safety in the design service life.
