In our country, the carbonate distributes is very extensive, it occupies 1/3 area of our territory. The Karst disease has become the geologic calamity in our country's mountain tunnels. According to concerned material, the Karst disease had led jumbo economy to lose every year.The Karst disease to the tunnels chiefly show in: Mass Karst water lead the engineering accident is frequently brought out; The corruption effect of Karst water influences the natural life of tunnel; Caves changes the stress distribution form of cave periphery, and reduces the use of reliable degree; The Karst exists to make groundwater run off, and leads to environment become worse in tunnel periphery district. At present, Karst disposal technology has not been studied in deeply, systemic and scientific at the big section highway tunnel. The study of Karst disposal technology has been become the critical technology question and eagerly been solved.This paper takes highway BaiYun tunnel in Chongqing as to rely on engineering, the research methods for theory analysis; numerical simulation and measure in scene are adopted. The main research contents are as follows: Uses the seismic wave theory, and studied TSP geologic prediction technology application in the Karst tunnel; The studying of grouting technology to disposal water in the Karst tunnel; Numerical simulation was used to study the reasonable grouting thickness in the BaiYun tunnel; In accordance with the different cave types, the disposal technology of cave was studied; Use the conclusions that have been mentioned puts forward the development idea of the Karst disposal system.According to the above research, the main results of the paper are as follows:(1)In the Karst rich water-bearing stratum tunnel , using TSP technology can make an relatively accurate judgments to the forward geology circumstances.(2)By way of theory analysis and numerical computation, the main result of it is as follow: The grouting can improve the rock strength and plug the Karst water..(3)By way of the numerical computation, the main results of it are as follow:The grouting can improve the mechanics performance of the rock. It leads the pressure act on the timbering to reduce.(4)In accordance with the different cave types, it puts forward so many disposal measure, such as compound backfills, the steel pipe stake to reinforce, the grouting.(5)Use the conclusions that have been mentioned puts forward the development idea of the Karst disposal system, and does initial planning to the system.
