With the development of our country's foundation construction and the recognition of environment protection, the existing natural sand can't satisfy the engineering demand. Using manufactured-sand has been the development current. Especially in the area of lacking sand resource severely like Chongqing, Manufacture and application of manufactured-sand concrete is no time to delay. Depending on Chongqing city application research project of'Application Technique Research of HPC (C30-C60) with manufactured-sand in YouYang-WuLong freeway', for the material condition of Chongqing, take the C60 HPC as study object, the paper studied the mix proportion design of HPC with manufactured-sand; influence regulation of stone dust on the performance such as workability, strength, elastic modulus, shrinking, creep, anti-permeability, anti-freeze-thaw, anti-carbonization and so on; influence of admixture such as mineral power and silicon power on workability, mechanics performance and wearability of HPC with manufactured-sand; and the application technique of HPC with manufactured-sand.There are the following research results:(1) Aiming to the concrete material conditions in Chongqing, referring to classical design method and combining former experience and design theory, we can make up HPC with manufactured-sand having excellent performance.(2) Via test research, stone dust content in manufactured-sand can improve 7% about when make up C60 HPC. Stone dust in manufactured-sand can replace cement, and replaced content can reach 10%.(3) When mineral power and silicon power were mixed, there is good superposition effect, improved the mechanics performance and wearability performance of HPC remarkably.(4) If pay more attention to early age maintenance of HPC with manufactured-sand, the later shrinking performance may be better than that of HPC with natural sand.The study results would have important guidance significance for You-Yang road project construction and reference value for further study of manufactured-sand concrete.
