The quality of combustion process in diesel engine, largely determine the power, economy and emissions of diesel engine. The most important factors of combustion processes are the quality of fuel atomization. The physical process of spray mixing is a complex process that transient, multi-dimensional multiphase. It includes fuel injection, atomization, the droplet of polymer cracking, the proliferation of oil beam evaporation, run into a brick wall, the interaction and mixed of movement of spray and air, and so on, these processes integrated with the superposition. At present, most of the study of the fuel spray in internal combustion engine are used in pilot studies, but often there are some issues, such as: experimental studies, the experimental complex, difficult; time-consuming, labour-consuming; backward equipment, experiments accuracy of the data enough, and so on. Therefore, clear spray atomization mechanism ,study the influencing factors and changes of spray characteristics, proven spray and air mixing process, raising reasonable organizations combustion engine performance is essential. In the paper, the mechanism of sprayer, the character of sprayer and the factors of sprayer are introduced in the first time, and the model of burning room is built in CATIA. And then the maths models and physics models of sprayer are analyzed. Finally, according to the simulation of numerical value on the process of sprayer by FULENT, which in different backset intensity, the anticipant results are obtained. That's the influencing rules of the relations on backset intensity and sprayer. In this paper, the simulation numerical value of the fuel spray process on different turbulence intensity. It can be more clearly drawn the specific distribution of the speed, concentration, pressure of fuel spray process on different turbulence intensity. By analyzing obtained the existence of turbulence in combustion chamber is contributed to the fuel and air mixture; with the increase of turbulence intensity the fuel combustion chamber average concentration decreases, the mixture of fuel and air more evenly. It provides the gist which can help the latish study on relations of backset intensity and sprayer.
