Turbine typical nonlinear vibration is widespread to exist in actual operation of the unit. Its failure diagnosis research has the important meaning. This article is based on the short bearing oil film of the nonlinear and nonlinear models support the rotor shaft stiffness rub model, using numerical integration method to study the nonlinear rotor system because of oil whirl and rubbing fault caused nonlinear dynamics act. Using the rotor vibration test stand, carried on oil whirl and rubbing fault of the experimental analysis. The experimental results verify the theoretical analysis of the conclusions. Development of the turbine vibration fault diagnosis system on the basis of improvements and optimization of BP network and CPN network. Through the analysis of multiple examples of fault diagnosis,explained the effectiveness and feasibility of diagnosis system.
