The compressor is the key component which affects the refrigerator performance.The linear compressor is drived by a linear motor, which can largely enhances the COP of refrigerator for it has no crank-piston, so it has vital significance of the energy conservation and environmental protection.Take the linear compressor with moving coil as the research object, it has established the compressor thermodynamics and dynamics model, has studied its vibration characteristic, the piston motion characteristic and the frequency characteristic by using the description function law and Matlab software, as well as influence of friction force, spring rigidity and electric circuit characteristic in compressor.Tested by using the compressor performance laboratory bench, compared performance of linear compressor with the traditional compressor under the off-design conditions by theory method, and analysis the influence of inspiration pressure, inspiration temperature, exhaust pressure and clearance to linear compressor performance. Simultaneously carried on the research of the intergral separate PID to substitute the ordinary PID control.
