Modified fundamental harmonic separation algorithm integrated with Hanning window interpolation algorithm is used, considering the error of fundamental harmonic separation algorithm when signal frequency is different from 50 Hz. The influence of reasons on algorithm accuracy is simulated, and the effectivity of the modified algorithm is verified. A dielectric loss on-line monitoring system is implemented, and hardware and software part of the system is introduced. Current signal is acquired by divided capacitor, and RS485 is use as communication. Integrated graph-database management mode is used, and the network distribution is realized. 3δalgorithm, 53H algorithm and modified median filter algorithm are introduced for suppress the error cased by impulsive interference, the effect of those algorithm is verified by simulation. The insulation diagnosis algorithm based on abosultion and relation method is used, which can decrease the error caused by interference.
