This system uses the artificial intelligence theory, builds the rule library on the bases of operation rules of transformer substations and circuitries, unites two development platforms of Prolog and VC to build the consequence;On the other hand, when an expert system is developed, it always finds that the software reuse is not enough and the productivity of software is low,So we uses technology of Componet to improve the currency and maintainability of system.Then with the convenient graphical operation manner, on the premise of the data consistency, finally generates the correct Operation-Sheet.
