EPS is the electron technology product that applied to the automobile with the development of automobile. By far, more and more automobile have fixed EPS. So it is a great importance to research the EPS.The development of automobile combines the electronic product closely. Especially using software to control the automobile is becoming developmental trend.The paper is developed on the electric power steering (EPS) test-bed. Because of differences between the real automobile and the test-bed, to get the perfect steering performance, the research chooses the hydraulic pressure loading percept. To simulate the resistance of road well and truly, building the road resistance and hydraulic pressure loading model is very important to later research. The research is suing software-LabVIEW to control the EPS test-bed and compiles collection program. The signal of collection is measured by sensor. The last value can be got by transforming the signal that measured by sensor. Through adjusting the pressure of inverse proportion loading valve and controlling the direction of the electromagnetic direction valve, the hydraulic pressure cylinder can implement loading. In the module of signal occurred, designing the counter to count the pulse of engine rotate speed and vehicle speed which will be used in the control program.In the program, the direction of electromagnetic direction valve that is divided into using hand and automatism is designed.At last, after experimentation, the stabilization of the EPS and return capability are analyzed. The result of experimentation is analyzed by software-LabVIEW and some correlative curves are protracted.It shows that stabilization of the EPS is better and the results are satisfied with request for return of EPS. The results indicate the control system is feasible.
