It is an effective shortcut for the promotion of domestic industries and promotion of energy-efficient buildings to development of high-quality light internal partition plate, the composite external walls of insulation and floors. The modifier is joined in the magnesium chloride material and new types of composite wall and floor have been developed in Baoding Construction Materials Institute. They are economic, environmental, sawing, planning and nails. They have functions of insulation, thermal insulation, fire safety, sound absorption, and waterproof. Especially, they are light, saving materials, the assembly of flexibility, convenience and savings of templates. Hence, it is particularly important for plates which are used in the actual project at an early stage to study mechanical properties of the modified magnesium chloride plates.We study on the right section bend bearing capacity of the modified magnesium chloride plates which by adopted two points on the way to load full-scale five-modified magnesium chloride. We determine the cracks which are developed by concentrated load in the magnesium chloride plate. As well as, we have determined the cracking load, the ultimate load, the inter-in deflection and materials strain. Then, we map out cross-load deflection in the curve, the load of reinforced strain curve, the load of concrete strain curves and loads of magnesium chloride material strain curves. Test results are analyzed. The theoretical analysis of the test results showed that QB magnesium chloride board can be used as the external walls and internal partition panels. The LB magnesium chloride floor template is light dead load, which do not have to install with machinery. So it can be used as a template in the construction process. At the same time, HLB magnesium chloride floor boards which are formed by the second superimposed layer of concrete poured can be used as structural floors. They have characteristics of high-strength and lightweight. The damage of the magnesium chloride floor is similar to the general concrete structures. The strain distribution in the right section is little difference with the cross-section-section assumption. The bending with the bearing capacity of cross-section which is generally similar to concrete bending members is calculated by the yield stress of tension reinforcement. Suggested deflection allowed value of magnesium chloride floor is used as the span of 1 / 360, which is controlled by the deformation in the design.
