The speed of train has been becoming higher with the great development of domestic railway, so the demand of railway signal has also been more rigorous. Therefore it is necessary for the railway frequency shifting keying signal to improve considering its fault and deficiency , consequently to obtain a more economical and reliable,safe and holding better ability of anti-jamming railway signal.The paper analyses time and frequency fields characteristic of the railway signal in detail and introduces parameter character and the demodulation technique which is mostly in frequency while assistant in time and diversified disturbers .Then points out the railway signal's fault and deficiency; thus finds a sound and reliable orthogonal project improved and demonstrates by MATLAB simulating ,finally carries out the signal's sending and demodulation on hardware system.This paper makes an emphasis on the improved project ,and its sending and demodulation realization on the hardware system. From the demodulation's result ,an conclusion has been drawn that the improved project actually have much advantages over the original signal which make demodulation easier ,safer ,more reliable and faster. So it confirms the feasibility of the project that has much significancy and practical value for the railway system .
