With the continuous development of Power system, safe operation of the electric power system catches more and more attention. Operators desiderate increasingly one high effective static state safety analysis software, which can help the nip in the bud by analyzing operation ways of those electrified netting and security level of power system. A fast calculation method of power system's circulating state in fault based on taylor series is proposed and a static state safety analysis software based on the fast method is compiled using C++ programme language. The four main aspects in this arcticle are as follows:Firstly, the thesis depicts the current situation of security analysis, the disadvantages of traditional security analysis software have been summarized.Secondly, power system power flow is presented, mathematical model for power flow is analyzed in detailed, and Newton-Raphson method is stressed. Based on the physics characteristic about practical operation in electrical power system, math model of Newton-Raphson method was simplified reasonably , fast decoupled load flow algorithm was obtained.Thirdly, the traditional security assessment method are introduced and compared, and it is put that the fast power flow is used to achieve security assessment. Finally, a rapid arithmetic of node voltage calculation under the N-m power system is proposed based on taylor series. Firstly, the node voltage of N system must be calculated by using newton power flow approach. Then, the various higher order derivatives of node voltage to line open-break parameter would be calculated by using the convergent correction equation of power flow on the N power system. Finally, the node voltage of N-m power system can be calculated by correcting the node voltage of N power system by using taylor series expansion, then the accurate data of power system state could be presented. The approach doesn't need to decompose the jacobe matrix to factor representation and just uses the one having been decomposed in newton power flow calculation, and the calculation equations of the various higher order derivatives of node voltage to line open-break parameter are predigested following the characteristics of power system. Tests on IEEE14,IEEE30,IEEE118 and IEEE300 bus system verify the correctness, accurateness and practical utility of this approach and software.
