Ventilator is one of the necessary equipments in the field of medicine and health, and that it is also an important instrument to prolong life and save time for further treatment, which plays an important role in saving patients. With the development and application of computer aided technology and virtual instrument, as a medical instrument, Ventilator also develops fast. Meanwhile, there exist a lot of faults in ventilation-mode; a mainly display in the ventilation-mode of Ventilator is fixed, and limit the use area of it. On the basis of the analysis of traditional ventilation-mode, a new kind of versatile ventilation-mode is put forward, named self-designed ventilation-mode, and a self-designed flow is designed to control ventilation-mode system. Expand the Ventilator's use area and testify the theory's correctness and feasibility. The primary coverage as follows:Firstly, combined with breathing physiology theory, propose self-designed ventilation-mode on the basis of control mechanism about traditional ventilation-mode, and build corresponding mathematics model, do some theory analysis and research to provide theory for design of ventilation-mode system.Secondly, build ventilate system of self-designed flow to control ventilation-mode system under KCH806 ventilator, and then compose the software and hardware system as well as debug. According to the design scheme, select ventilate system's hardware and MCU which is suitable for system, and not only design the control circuit and signal conditioning circuit, but also form communicate plan between computer and MCU. And develop the interactive system of self-designed ventilation-mode based on the virtual instrument language LabVIEW. Through the main control module, the function of sending /receiving data has realized, and complete the control and test task on ventilate system.Finally, integrate the whole system and verify the theory module through experiments. The result indicates that: the ventilator's performance and intelligence has improved, and it plays an important part in the progress of medicine and health service.
