The advantage of the diagnosis with time domain analysis parameters is independent of the rotate speed of device and the parameter of bearing, and acquired easily. Further, domain analysis parameters are not affected by absolute level of the vibration signals, so even the sensitivity of transducer changes, the probability of metering error is very small. The article analyses the vibration signals with the wavelet technology, and analyses the accuracy of fault diagnosis about bearing with domain analysis parameters.At first, the article introduces the significance and development of rotary mechanism fault diagnosis, and expatiate the characteristic of faults about mechanical system.Secondly, based on the structure and operating principle of bearing, the article researches the vibration mechanism, fault mode and distinct vibrations. It makes an offer for bearing fault diagnosis.Thirdly, by the means of time domain analysis, Time Domain parameters target such as peak value, the average square root, kurtosis, abundant and impulse target taken as important parts in the analysis. Criterion of Non-Dimension Parameters Diagnosis was summed up.Fourthly, the properties and characters of wavelet analysis were introduced in briefly. The analysis of the vibration signals with the wavelet technology is benefited to fault diagnosis.At last, two measure actually of rolled over the bearings vibration signal to carry on analysis, carry on the frequency chart analysis to the vibration signal, find out the characteristic frequency of the breakdown. Make use of the small wave wraps to carry on decomposition to the vibration signal, and calculate the Kurtosis, Mean Effective Value, Shape Factor and Crest Factor of each frequency segment, and analyzing its regulation, finding out the difference Kurtosis, Mean Effective Value, Shape Factor and Crest Factor between ball bearing defect and inner race defect bearing on each frequency segment.
