Not only individual study of stator winding and rotor winding, but also combinational study of them with pole-changing of simplex winding . The dissertation is conducted mainly by the main four parts:Firstly, the foundation of the alternating current motor is studied. Research of winding is mainly about the MMF of widing. there are four principal methods on study MMF ,such as vector representation, slot number phase-site-map representation, complex representation, computer aided calculation.and the vector representation is classical representation.Secondly, the key part of the non-normal stator winding is studied. Non-normal winding have been widespread availability in wound-rotor induction motor, such as motor of harmonic waves starting. The MMF(Magnetic Motive Force) in the air-gap produced by stator current contains a series of high harmonic waves besides basic one. When the percentage of MMF of high harmonic field in the air-gap is big enough, It may bring a big effect on the motor's starting and running performance. In this part presents a equivalent circuit for stator windings which have two kinds number of tums in each phase basing on slot-vector method. Gain the ratio of complex MMF (Magnetic Motive Force) of the 3-phase of each harmonic wave which have different turns relative to basic one. This work will provide an evaluation method for motor design and winding selection.Thirdly, the non-normal rotor winding is studied.Phase electromotive-force can be obtained by compute superposition of winding electromotive-force for wound-rotor induction motor. The MMF(Magnetic Motive Force) in the air-gap produced by rotor current which arised by the electromotive-force contains a series of high harmonic waves besides basic one. When the percentage of MMF of high harmonic field in the air-gap is big enough, It may bring a big effect on the motor's starting and running performance. In this part presents a equivalent circuit for rotor windings which have two kinds number of tums in each phase basing on slot-vector method. Gain the ratio of complex MMF (Magnetic Motive Force) of the m-phase of each harmonic wave which have different turns relative to basic one . This work will provide an evaluation method for motor design and winding selection. In the end, a possible simulation result is given. Finally, pole-changing design of simplex winding of the alternating current motor and its computer-aided analysis and design system is studied. During the industry and agriculture production, speed of induction machine is often required adjusting. And the simplest effective method is to using variable stator winding .There are lots of methods on change poles of winding. In this part, the change poles of simplex winding induction machine is studied. It is been emphasized mainly on four- segment method change poles of the change poles of simplex winding. And all kinds of change poles is designed by computer-aided analysis and design system. This work will provide an evaluation method for motor design and winding selection. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | non-normal winding, serial-motor analytical method, MMF of harmonic field, T-S curve, wound-rotor alternating current motor, rotor electromotive force, m-phase synthetical MMF, pole-changing, four- segment method | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
