With the development of electronic and information technology, the communication system of all kinds of electronic equipments is required to be smaller and lighter and more reliable, and electronic component and soft ferrite is required for better performance. So the dissertation presents a deep and systematical study on MnZn soft ferrite materials with high permeability and DC superposition suitable used in the communication equipments.First, the basic character and development of MnZn soft ferrite are summarized. In succession the grain arrangement of MnZn soft ferrite, the origin of magnetism and the main magnetic parameters are introduced. And then, processes technology of MnZn soft ferrite materials with high permeability and DC superposition suitable have been studied by the way of the preparation process of this experiment.Experimentally, a series of MnZn soft ferrite materials with high permeability and DC superposition suitable have been prepared. The main formula have been studied with the vary of Fe2O3 and ZnO in the system of Fe2O3-MnO-ZnO. The results show that properly excessive Fe2O3 and suited ZnO can improve the saturation magnetic flux density and suspend the saturation magnetization of magnetic core, which can improve DC superposition characteristic of the ferrites. According to additive, we have studied the influence of Co2O3,V2O5,Bi2O3 and TiO2 on the properties, especially the DC superposition characteristic of the ferrites. And the results show: Additive of Co2O3 can compensate with negative magnetocrystalline anisotropy constant K1 and as a result improve the temperature dependance of permeability; Additive of V2O5 can improve the properties of the ferrites, especially permeabilityμr; The adulteration of Bi2O3 can improve crystal grain growth and permeability; The adulteration of Bi2O3 is similar to Co2O3. Finally, sintering temperature and sintering atmosphere have been studied.Based on a great lots of experiments, we have finished this predeter object after near two years'hardworking. The material have the performance of magnetic core applications absolutely.
