During every large train experiment, each railroad related section leads an anxious concern about the fatigue strength of the train under current condition, in order to put different request for the next experiment. But the current fatigue valuation system only carry on data requirement, and can't provide credible basis in time because of long time data treating. Therefore, developing and improving the valuation system isn't only necessarily going, can save a great deal of manpower resources whereabouts to manage a great deal of data, in the meantime this will also contribute to speed quilt evaluate of run-in step. The main work including in the paper are:Firstly, combining the mathematical statistics knowledge, putting forward a kind of algorithm to deal 3 kinds of characteristic interferences.Secondly, according to the damage accumulation principle, put forward a kind of method to estimate the whole distances' fatigue strength.Thirdly, providing a new data processing method for Agilent data and carrying out the real-time monitoring function.Fourthly, developing and perfecting the fatigue evaluation system, and a goodenvironment for data treatment is provided.
