A semi-active thermal resistance control mode is proposed in this dissertation based on thermal energy converter and semi-active control technology contrasts with active control and passive control, the detailed research on the essential parameters which affects the controller is done, the idea of selecting best value of the most important parameter under each kind of boundary condition is analyzed, and the new method to solute mathematical modal of temperature field is first presented based on thermoelectricity similar principle and node analysis theory, and mathematical modal of each node is obtained.The content of this dissertation includes:Chapter 1, the present developmental situation and applied prospect are elaborated, and according to the situation and trend of semiconductor refrigeration technology as well as the thermal resistance control technology all over the world, the research content and arrangement of each chapter are presented.Chapter 2, according to the academic foundation of semi-active thermal resistance controller, unifies the semiconductor refrigeration technology and the work principle of NTC sensor, the holistic scheme and the characteristic and computational method of each part are discussed.Chapter 3, according to the semi-active control technology and the heat control, the realization process of semi-active control is specifically analyzed, the temperature change characteristic of accusation object is analyzed by simulation, the research of improved arithmetic of control current is done, and the best value under different boundary condition is found.Chapter 4, the equivalent circuit of heat transfer is analyzed based on the property of thermal resistance as well as the thermoelectricity similar principle, the thermal problem is transformed to electrical problem, then, the new method and its detailed approach to solute temperature field of heat transfer body is proposed according to the network analysis theory, and the temperature mathematical model of each node is obtained under different division method. Furthermore, the temperature curve through this new method is contrasted to that through the partial differential equation, which confirms the accuracy and feasibility of the new method. Finally, the influence rule of each parameter to the transfer function is obtained through simulation analysis.Chapter 5, the simulation research on applied example of semi-active thermal resistance controller is done in this chapter. Simulation of two kind of applied example is carried out, the temperature rule of each node and temperature difference between nodes is studied under different boundary condition, and in allusion to example 1, the difference among active control, passive control and semi-active control is analyzed through simulation.Chapter 6, the full paper is generalized roundly and the next research work is prospected.
