| The aim of this disquisition is that researching designs and applications of a new BAS system for Pakistan GhaZi-Barotha Hydro Power Plant.This plant is the first building which build-up with BAS system in Pakistan.Firstly, the author discussed development and framework of BAS and computer technology, and analyzed methods and steps of designs and applications for construction project. The author detailed discussed computer application technology and human-machine interface for full-air HVAC system point to this project.During the proccess of design and build-up, the author consulted a lot of literatures and designed softwares, function modules and programs base on HONEYWELL EBI BAS. The author aim at some shortages of design and application of inland BAS system—such as integrated actually with computer control theoretics, save-energy tech was not widely used, not friendly Human Interface—and improved on these shortages. Working with computer technology, it was attempts and realizations that use digital increment PID control for BAS and it was optimized increment PID control base on this project's characteristics. The author also designed many advance internal technologies to solve important problem in this project, such as dew point control, fresh air savepower control and fan speed savepower control.In this paper, the author used human-mechine techmology to art-designed HMI and made whole help-info system and wrong operation protect function in GUI of BAS so than it made easily used and reduce percentage of failure.Passing a long term run, it was clear that the designed BAS was a safe, reliable and advanced system. The system was past join-check and accept by international expert team commissioned by World Bank & Water And Power Devolopment Administration(WAPDA), its all targets reached and exceed designed requirements and whole performance get to advancel inland level. |
