With the spread of the terrorism, the explosives are more and more often used by the terrorist. The terrorist explosion activities have seriously threatened the international society's peace and have been a cancer which does a lot of harm to the national security and the social stability. To meet the need of a national defense research project, this paper studies the dynamics properties and damage effects of the buildings of multilayer frame structure under the blast loading. Based on the previous research results, the following researches are done in this paper by numerical simulation and experimental studies.1. This article first simply introduced the present situation of study on dynamic properties and damage effects of multilayer frame structure under the blast shock as well as this article need to do the main work.2. The basic concept of the explosion with the theoretical, including the formations of the shock waves and dissemination, explosive shock wave classification and burst wave parameter, and the structure influence under the blast wave.3. To explode under the impact function the multilayer portal frame construction dynamic properties to carry on the value simulation. It takes two floors frame constructions as an example, and uses mechanical analysis finite element program LS-DYNA3D, carries on the value simulation to two portal frame constructions building under detonation impact function dynamic performance. The contrast finite element analysis and the empirical formula calculation result, tallies well between the two.4. To explode under the impact function the multilayer portal frame construction damage effects to carry on the experimental studies. It takes two floors frame constructions as an example, and uses the Origin7.0 and the Metlab7.0.4 software in the experiment analysis. In test, under different quantity of detonator and explosive distance, it obtains the whole structure distortion and damage characteristics. According to distortion, it provides the relations between structure damage factors and detonator, explosive distance, which determines the whole structure protection distances, and it also provides effectively and reasonable protective measures.In the end, the content of this paper has been summarized and some problems, which need further study, have been proposed.
