First the thesis researched the mathematic model and parameters identification of rubber suspension hysteretic properties by the test of dynamic properties of front bridge vice body rubber suspension. Then according to theory and FEM analysis, the nonlinear fluid-structure interaction model of total car was established by free-interface mode synthesis which contained soft substructure. And then the noise pressure level of interior cavity coming from the excitation of road surface and engine system was simulated by the kinematics differential equation of total car structure-acoustic interaction system. In the researching process , the force spectrums coming from road surface and engine system were translated by means of Monto Carlo method , and the computing results were verified by the test of road and laboratory under the same condition. At last, the relationship between rubber properties and car interior noise was found by changing the parameters of rubber hysteretic properties .At the base of this calculating method , a noise computing software with nice interface was done in matlab platform. The software can give out different cavity interior noise pressure lever with the changing of rubber hysteretic property parameters.
