With the fast development of the country economy, long-large tunnels are adopted to thrill through hillsides on the construction of montanic railways. As linear buildings, tunnel traverses different conditional wall rock. Geologic hazard such as earthquake, hill distortion, collapse, karst collapse, water inrush, mud flow, rock burst, high ground temperature, firedamp explosion and deleterious gas are come forth inevitably, especially the water inrush.Qinling extra-long railway tunnel is the longest constructed interal railway tunnel in the 1990s. The tunnel traverses the famous Qinling tectonic zone. The geologic conditions are complicated, geologic hazard are serious. In order to apply to similar tunnel engineering, the study on water inrush, collapse, rock bust and other synthical geologic hazard in the contraction of Qinling tunnel, searches the interal relationship of ground water and other geologic hazard, puts forward a set of forecasting, prevention and cure measure on tunnel geologic hazard. The study shows that water inrush, collapse, rock bust, high ground temperature and other geologic hazard are interactional in the tunnel construction. Ground water is the carrier and moving force of the mud irruption. Mass of water inrush, pumping and drainage repeatly induce collapse easily. Rock burst occurs in dry region lack of ground water. The realign measures of geologic hazard are taken correspondingly. Water inrush should be treated according to the principle of drainage, pluging, combined with drainage and pluging. To the non-karst region with serious water inrush, drift heading and drillings are used.Get down with tunnel geologic survey and advanced forecasting, construction in reason, integrated control measure to different kinds of geologic hazard, enhanced administration react on the prediction and prevention of the geologic hazard in the tunnel construction.
