Development And Realization Of Simulation And Training Hardware System For Train Service Of Railway Station Signal

The training of Train Service Personnel became more and moreimportant with the wide application of railway signal Computer Interlocking System(CIS) .A type of Simulation & Training System(S&TS) for computer interlockingcombined with practical project was designed in this paper. The main content asfollows:First. The function demand of S&TS for Train Service in CIS was analyzed. The overall structure design of the system and the relationship among the sub-systems(sub-system of student, sub-system of interlocking, sub-system of teacher , sub-system of supervision) were designed based on this ideal and demand.Second. The software of sub-system of student, sub-system of interlocking, sub-system of teacher , sub-system of supervision were generally designed based on the analysis of software function of the S&TS.Third. The sub-system of student, sub-system of interlocking, sub-system of teacher, sub-system of supervision were designed based on the demand of the simulation equipment indoor of CIS. The circuit of mainboard, input board, output board in execution machine and the software of it were designed .Forth. The simulation equipment outdoor was designed base on the hardware of CIS designed before. The circuit of switch-controller, signal-controlling, state of section test, locomotive-controlling was designed and debugged.Fifth. The system was tested in laboratory and practically used.The result of the S&TS of Train Service in Computer Interlock application was good and the requirement of contract was accorded.
