The main content of this paper is how to choose the best method of traffic information distribution. Firstly, it is specified the environment of the traffic information distribution, and the research of the information distribution is for providing the needed traffic information to the driver with least cost. Secondly, it is introduced the traffic information distribution instance of in-and-out abroad and the classic finitude projects multi-target optimize select methods. Base on the foregoing content, the driver demand and the characteristic of the traffic information distribution, it is put forward the ELECTRE Mode which will be the traffic information distribution optimize selecting mode. Thirdly, it is classify the traffic information distribution method to 8 kinds and 24 species, then analyzing each property of them, and bring forward the method which can transform the property to quantity. It is constituted the estimate target system of the optimize mode which include 3 first level targets and 11 second level targets, and bring forward the method of how to receive the value of the target weight, and constitute the appropriate optimize mode in choosing the traffic information distribution method. At last, it use the foregoing determine the nature method and the fix quantify method to analyze the traffic information distribution methods of the Fifthly Ring Road in BeiJing, and elicit the optimization traffic information distribution method. The case prove the optimize mode is used properly. The research of the optimize mode in choosing the traffic information distribution method can reduce traffic jam, depress traffic accident and protect traffic circumstance.
