This paper is aimed to improve the control performance of an air system which requires high control qualities such as the speediness accuracy and stability under hard circumstances like the huge inertia the great variation of the load and the great impulsion.In this paper, the theories of Fuzzy logic control, Neural networks and Fuzzy and Neural networks are introduced. bring forward a new fuzzy neural net, and design a fuzzy neural network control strategy, So the combination of fuzzy control and neural networks can make it possible that the membership function and the fuzzy rules from the traditional expert system can be converted into the fuzzy neural networks. Then the dispersed knowledge system is formed. After adjusting the weight of the neural networks continuously, the membership function and the fuzzy rules are more accurate. then According to the results of the simulation and real experiments, it is known that with the control which is based on fuzzy and neural net the system can satisfy all targets and performance even under the hard circumstances.A lot of Simulation tests proved that papers designed a new type of fuzzy neural network model not only compared with the conventional model is simple and convergence rate block, and the approximation of the global network, superior performance and robust;designed aircraft landing trajectory can be levelled in the fall and in the process better track and adjustments; new fuzzy neural network control model used in aircraft landing systems as well to the landing of the aircraft.
