After entering the 21st century, with the rapid development of Mechatronical technology, the Micro Electro-Mechanical System(MEMS) technology gets further development, and is entering one small, precise and cuspidate field. With these technologies developing, at the same time, we bring forward some certain requests to the present theories. In a great number of questions which urgently need to be solved, the development of research on the micro friction has been gradually proposed to the program. The key task to solve the significant problem is how to detect and to establish a reliable examination system.The main disquisition content of this task is to develop a small testing instruments that can be used for the testing of friction. Laser displacement quantity measurement instrument matches to two parallel plats-springs strength testing sensor to realize micro-friction testing. Through experiments ,we can get the state and characteristic parameter of friction in two different materials that are in the small contact area and small contact load (m N magnitude) and in different media environment, and provide theoretical basic for the design of micro-institutions and understanding of movement characteristic of micro-institutions.For the objective, this paper is justly taking the laser displacement gauging quantity technology as the core, and combines with precision machinery,electronics,photoelectric sensor technology,CCD imaging technology,computer technology and so on, so, a Micro-friction test's apparatus is designed and developed, which is possible to satiety the current test request, and has certainly properties of delay。...
