Regarding coke agglomeration of the furnace which exists in one unit of HG-670/13.7- YM16 boiler of some Power Generating Plant in Liaoning, in this article, through overall test major root cause of coke agglomeration of the Pulverized coal fired boiler furnace is located , and reconstruction solution is proposed; regarding description of floating, heat conduction and burning process of coal power inside boiler body, model theory and numerical simulation method have been introduced in broad outline, analyzed and summarized; by using commercial calculation fluid mechanics software of CFX-TASCflow, numerical simulation and analysis of internal design status of the 01 boiler and the 02 boiler have been conducted. The reasons of coke agglomeration of the furnace have been found; boiler combustion adjustment after reconstruction has been succeeded to solve the problem.Through outline introduction and analysis of model theories and numerical simulation approaches of gas phase turbulence flow model, gas-solid two-phase flow model, evaporation analysis model, coke combustion model, turbulence combustion model, radiation heat exchange model and so on, which describe each process inside coal powder boiler, conduct, each model applicable to research object of this assignment has been selected, and numerical simulation of the 01 boiler and the 02 boiler has been conducted. In calculation, adopts standard k-εmodel regarding gas phase turbulence flow model, adopt particle track model regarding turbulence spreading of particles, adopt single formula model regarding coal evaporation, adopt spreading-power model regarding coke combustion, adopt eddy dissipation model (EDM) regarding gas phase turbulence combustion and adopt software self-solidification radiation model regarding radiation heat-exchange. Through adding of mesh number and changing of mesh direction, reduce affection of fake value diffusion upon calculation results.Bad air power field is the most important reason of furnace coke agglomeration of the 02 boiler through numerical simulation on the 01 boiler and the 02 boiler. Reconstruction and combustion adjustment of governing are adopted on the 02 boiler, coke agglomeration has been solved at all. At the biggest continuous steam evaporation capacity, the boiler operated stably for a long time.
