| This thesis is based on the Shanghai AA Corporation's project of White Body Assembly of SGM980 Front Rail Assembly. In the view point of combining both theory and the engineer applications, the quality control and improvement are described with its R&D and production experience for the White Body Front Rail Assembly.After extensive studying for domestic & foreign quality control system, meanwhile, combing with the current automotive industry development situation & the quality control status for stamping & welding company, and concerning to the practical problem company meets, the research contents are brought forward.The thesis analyzes the assembly component which company has developed, especially the reasons which lead to quality loss, the PFMEA analysis which was often missing in the past, is carried out during the develop process, and the SPC analysis is finished as well.The thesis makes appropriate automotive industry auditing standards, such as Severity(S), Detection(D) and Occurrence(O). Meanwhile, the anti-defect methods are added into the Detection Standards. The pre-alert faults are done in advance. The zero-defect quality control system is achieved. The PFMEA & anti-fault methods are applied into production system of the white body Front Rail Assembly. As mentioned analysis, we can achieve the target for zero-defect.We use SPC statistics control method for pre-launch productions, and the Front Rail Assembly's key control points characteristics are analyzed. In order to achieve dimension stabilization during mass productions, some fail-saving technique is put on purpose of the advanced controls.According to mentioned quality control methods, the assembly quality is not only improved remarkably in dimension and also zero-defect controlled. This is a good experience for improving other white body assembly components, and it provides a better quality control method for new product developments. |
