The Analysis And Forecasting Of Load Under Line Loss Management

Medium and long term load forecasting is the basis of power system and construction. Exact degree of load forecasting will directly affect the rationality of investment, network layout and running. As power system is concerned, improving the security and economy of grid and the quality of power are all dependent on accurate load forecasting.This paper firstly gives a summary for present method of load forecasting. Then for the month load forecasting, this paper adopt combination time model, which improves the accuracy greatly. But each single model can only apply to a limited range, so in this paper we adopt combination forecasting method. The combination forecasting method can effectively reduce the effect of stochastic factors acting on the electric load in every single method, and then the precision of forecasting data resulted from thecombination forecasting method will be improved. Then a deep research into combination forecasting based on immune algorithm is carried through. The calculation example shows that this method can greatly improve forecasting precision. The last but not the least, on the basis of the research of traditional methods which combines some new developments and harvests in the field of load forecasting at present, developed a set of load forecasting software with QT.
