As the high temperature fuel cell/gas turbine (FC/GT) hybrid power plant has the merits of low emission and high efficiency with the predominance in security, flexibility and low cost of electric transportation, it becomes the focus in the field of distributed power generation systems. But it is difficult to investigate the system's dynamic characteristics due to the nonlinear properties of both components. It's not appropriate to study the system's dynamic characteristics with experimental method, because of high expense, and then it is important to carry out further study with dynamic simulation method. The main points of this thesis are as follows:A SOFC system module library and a gas turbine module library were established. For key components of a SOFC system, SOFC and reformer, the lumped models were set up on the platform of MATLAB/Simulink. And models for components of gas turbine system were also built. An ejector was designed for a SOFC anodic recirculation system. And then, with the SOFC system module library as well as the ejector module, a SOFC anodic recirculation system was set up. Off-design performance test for the ejector was carried out, and both steady-state and dynamic simulation for the SOFC anodic recirculation system were also carried out.In use of the SOFC system module library and the gas turbine module library, a SOFC/GT hybrid system with an anodic recirculation system was set up on the platform of MATLAB/Simulink. Dynamic simulation for the system was also performed. The preliminary control strategy research for the SOFC/GT hybrid system was analyzed, and a simple PI controller was designed for this system. Preliminary control-related simulation was also implemented on the platform of MATLAB/Simulink.This thesis can function as the basic research of system design and further study of SOFC systems. It can also predict the characteristics of SOFC/GT hybrid system, and can also provide references for system configuration design and further study of system's control strategies.
