Integrated Optomechanical Analysis has some guiding significance for engineering design. It integrates the disciplines of mechanical analysis, thermal analysis and optical analysis. The content of its research is that distortion will be generated under the mechanical or thermal load.At first, this article presents the method and technical of Finite element analysis. It makes very important sense to Integrated Optomechanical Analysis. The article also introduced the theory and arithmetic of Finite element analysis. Then, we study on method and technical of Integrated Optomechanical Analysis in details. There are two main methods about zernike surface fitting. Over here, we particular show the Least square method and Gram-Schmidt orthogonalization method. At last, the article takes two experiments on a lens and a RC system. At the same time, we also write a program for ANSYS and Zemax software. First of all, the RC system was analyzed by ANSYS software under an abnormal temperature. Then the analyzed data was picked up and made zernike surface fitting by this software. Finally, Zemax software could also be started by this interface software. Experiment results show that the image of the distorted RC system becomes bad. By comparing the MTF of initial RC system with the distorted RC system, the results show that the processing of computing of this software is correct and dependable.
