Owing to off-road vehicles often run run on mountain roads and hilly countryside,The roads are mostly scraggly in mountain and hilly countryside.Sometimes,the road which off-road vehicles are on is bardly.when off-road vehicles often run on mountain roads,these scraggly roads have quite a deadly effect on tire,Suspension,bodywork.generally speaking, off-road vehicles have two longerons and some crossbeams, longerons and crossbeams are jointed together,they are a whole steelwork.When automobiles travel on rugged ground, the possible is that some tires may be hanged, causing each wheel's load change to be big, therefore the frame which is turned is also serious, presented the stern challenge to frame's life. In order to enhance frame's life, to enhance the automobile to pass rugged ground, comfortableness, the full use force of traction, we must design more effective suspension systems, The function of interconnected hydro-pneumatic suspension is remarkable, moreover the expense is not very high. This is why this paper develops the new interconnected hydro-pneumatic suspension.In mainland China, in recent years,interconnected hydro-pneumatic suspension is developed a new topic, the current stage of barsic research are simulation. For the barsic practice is not.Therefore,I now need to practice for this theory. In view of interconnected hydro-pneumatic suspension characteristics: it combines hydraulic and suspension technology, to some extent, it has some "intelligent" than the traditional passive suspension and more initiative than active suspension, easier developed than the active suspension, the expense lowers. interconnected hydro-pneumatic suspension have great marketing value.In this paper:1 According to the torsion-free principle of whole couple hydro-pneumatic suspension system revealed by Prof. Konghui Guo, I have designed the overall layout schem of interconnected hydro-pneumatic suspension, and in accordance with the actual requirements, the designing of the torsion-free cylinder.manufacturing has now completed, Pipe\joints\pipes are already bought.2 I have introduced the hydro-pneumatic suspension system's principle, classified, the characteristic as well as the research development present situation.I have introduced interconnected hydro-pneumatic suspension 's development and appears form as well as their advantages and disadvantages. Because interconnected hydro-pneumatic suspension depends on the oil gas spring, this paper has established the equivalent physical model in AMESIM. Introduced the accumulator, the orifice valve, hydraulic cylinder's mathematical model, in different initial pressure, initial volume, under damping hole diameter, under different traveling schedule and frequency: simulated hydro-pneumatic spring's displacement characteristic and velocity characteristic, According to the corresponding dynamometer card, has obtained the oil gas spring's rigidity characteristic and the damping characteristic. Because attaining a part of tentative data, I have contrasted the hydro-pneumatic spring's simulation result and the test result, it has indicated that the simulation result and test result is barsic tallying, it has indicated that the establishment simulation mode of hydro-pneumatic spring is accuracy, it has laid the foundation for vehicle simulation.3 I have established a vehicle suspension model, finished the simulation of the vehicle on the twisting road, single-convex surface, random process of the exercise on the road, analyzed the torque which the automobile body receives, the height of center of mass and the center of mass acceleration, disappears the torsion-free cylinder's displacement, the tire average stress, extreme value difference, the stress variance extremely. Compared the result of the vehicle has torsion-free cylinder with the result of the vehicle has not torsion-free cylinder in these aspect situation. Through the contrast.I haved found that the result of the vehicle has torsion-free cylinder is better than that of the vehicle has not torsion-free cylinder.the torque of the body have obvious reduction, the average strength which the tire receives also has obvious reduction. Random road's result is more remarkable.In the above process,I have done the earlier period preparatory work for hydro-pneumatic torsion-free suspension.
