With quick development in aerospace technology, space satellites launched in the field of aerospace equipment has been widely used. When the launched satellite antenna on the ground which in the folded state. While in-orbit working that commencing the deployed state. When the satellite antenna deployed installation in-orbit working for its work stable condition, changing in temperature within the scope of working requirement to deformation as small as possible.Spacecraft's orbital environment divided into two categories: in-orbit work environment and in-orbit space environment. And the working environment in orbit, it is due to the spacecraft implementation of tasks arising. Such as solar wings, the annex to the antenna and launched directional movement; spacecraft self-spining, changing orbit and posture control and so on. Satellites orbiting in space, time and space posture is a changing function. While its stance in the process of making in the satellite orbiting in space, so the absorption of heat constantly changing, satellite was formed in a different posture and different temperature gradient. The deployed satellite can normal working in the ever-changing temperature due to the whole process design which is particularly important. For the conduct of experimental simulation of the space environment is a huge cost. Therefore, it is necessary to simulate the satellite thermal stability before the launching of it. Thermal analysis results can provide a favorable basis, at the same time save money. The thermal absorbed by satellite is ever-changing for the space position also ever-changing, the posture changing in the satellite orbital can be described by `the theory of the satellite in-orbit parameters, in this paper, the thermal analysis parameters through MATLAB software calculated in orbit satellite related to the work of orbital parameters. The space heat absorbed by the orbiting satellites is including: solar radiation, the Earth's infrared radiation. Earth reflected radiation. According to satellite special work environment, and considering the heat radiation characteristics, the paper calculated the satellite heat when it has been working in different locations of every surface of the bodiesSatellites in-orbit working will enter the earth's shadow, in the regional satellite absorbed heat only from the Earth's infrared radiation, the satellite will suddenly changes in temperature. Therefore, the calculation of time when the satellite into and out of the shadow , also include calculating the thermal load operating time is very important. In this paper, the calculation include: the Earth's shadow, and in the shadow of regional uptime.ANSYS is a common large-scale finite element software, with a strong coupled-field of analysis function. For radiation thermal analysis, ANSYS software with a variety of radiation thermal analysis modules will be able to meet the design requirements. In this paper, the thermal analysis software ANSYS have different modules of the status and profile of the institutions to start of the temperature field with a thermal coupled module-stress. Because of the special nature of radiation heat transfer, used indirect method to calculate heat-stress with coupled-field ANSYS software .In this paper, the content of the study are mainly include the following aspects:1, This paper on the study of satellite antennas, as well as a thermal analysis is necessity and introduce the progress of thermal analysis both at home and abroad in orbit satellite antenna, the significance of analysis composite materials, and why selected based on ANSYS as a thermal analysis software in this paper made a comprehensive exposition.2, the analysis of in-orbit satellite antenna theory and its thermal transfer way in space, calculation of the solar radiation, the Earth's radiation, the Earth's reflection angle coefficient obtained solar radiation, and the Earth's heat radiation, at the same time calculated a satellite antenna Earth's shadow on the running time.3, introduced composite materials on the application in the aerospace, through the analysis of the composite material anisotropy equivalent and calculate the model of changing in the overlay perspective of the honeycomb sandwich composite analysis shows that overlay composite ply the best angle.4, Through the 3D software based on CATIA set up a three-dimensional modeling of satellite antennas, calculated the disadvantaged temperature of the region both in sunshine and in shadow of the space. Analysis the heat stress stability in the most disadvantaged for the entire folding antenna temperature field .Space machine require deformation as small as possible caused by ever-changing temperature. The results in this paper meet the requirements of the final deformation and the results provide the basis for the design.
