In recent years, with the rapid development of transport of our country, the phenomenon that urban traffic jam is quite common. In this traffic environment, the mental diathesis of drivers and driving skills will be put forward higher requirements. The road traffic injury is a kind of fatal disaster. Every year it heartlessly takes away about 1.2 million person's lives in the whole world, and the unskilled drivers who brings more and more dangers to the traffic security, is the most important reason of road traffic injury. The traffic accidents take more than 80% of the total accidents, so it is"the top killer"of human being. The research indicated that more than 95% of traffic crashes result from driver's mistakes.It is widely realized that a better understanding of the driving behavior will allow more appropriate road safety policies and more effective intelligent driving guidance systems to be developed,possibly reducing traffic incidents and traffic jam. It proved that the researches on driver behavior take active effects for traffic safety.People have taken focus on driver behavior researches for a long time. The progress has been made in the traditional area of drive behavior researches. Some achievements have been applied to auto manufacture industry. Therefore, the driving behaviour of road safety related fields is an important part of the study. Many experts and scholars both at home and abroad around this area started with varying degrees of research, driver's operation proficiency is one of the hot spots. of driving characteristicsThe process of change and vehicles running trend in accelerated shift is a certain complexity and driver's operating proficiency in the process of the driver accelerated shift with Fuzzy and uncertainty and is difficult to quantify. Therefore, driving behavior of the traditional study methods under this scenario it is difficult for the driver of the behavior to describe by detailed, objective, accurate quantification, and modeling.Based on existing study results at home and abroad on the basis of their driving behavior of the general theory and methods of analysis, and highlights of the modeling . The driving behavior test under the scene of the simulated traffic environment was carried out on the fixed driving simulator improved by the State Key Laboratory of Automobile Dynamic Simulation of Jilin University and combined with the impact of factors to conduct on the actual tests. Adaptive neuron-fuzzy Inference System (ANFIS model) was set by Fuzzy Inference Systems Toolbox for Matlab, selects the appropriate membership functions and mixed-learning algorithm, and eventually applied to determine the context of the accelerated shift operation of the driver ANFIS model. Finally with the theory of comparative test with the shift has been for the quality evaluation and this method can prove the establishment of the neural network model can be used to simulate situations of the driver's shift operation.Study was carried out by doing as follows:1. The important role of driving behavior of driver in the transport system and the necessary of the driver's behavior study is analyzed and do study on the judgement of the driver's decision-making process in the process of accelerated shift. Integrate study experience at home and abroad, learn from related fields related ideas, The impact of the driver's operating proficiency evaluation indicators was detailed , the operation of driver proficiency was indirectly determined by the driver's shift quality is good or bad.2. Based on previous experience, test method in the regular driving behavior characteristic study, and driving simulator as the test platform, simulated traffic situation is established, the repeatability of the test and the accuracy of the data collection is enhanced.3. Adaptive Fuzzy Inference System was established, select the appropriate membership functions and mixed-learning algorithm, and form the ANFIS model based on accelerated shift of driving behavior. Through that network training the relationship between the relative motion state of the vehicles and the driver's proficiency in the operation. The ANFIS after training can be used to simulate actual driving behavior.4. The theory to evaluate the quality of the shift quality has been on the evaluation as a tested driver's subjective evaluation, the establishment of the accelerated shift of ANFIS model of the evaluation as a tested driver's objective evaluation. Comparative with these test results, get better test results.In this paper, the study will help to promote the road traffic system in the optimization of the driver's studies, and a new study has been provided by driving behavior means, particularly on the selection of test drivers and driver-related reliability of the forecast new study...
