Study On PLS Cementing Materials And Pavement Performance Of PLS Concrete

As much as 200 milion tones of industrial waste is made in our country each year,in that the waste is not to be used effectively,destroying our environment seriously.Simultanounsly,the objective conditions of lacking funds became the main problem in the construction of country road.The paper, according to the scientific research item of the west traffic The Ritual Road Construction by Solid Waste in the Three Gorges Reservoir Basin.To start with, this paper studies the active mechanism of fly ash and acetylene sludge by using the special industrial wasteful residue of fly ash and acetylene sludge as the main raw material and chooses the proper activator to completely activate the hydrate active nature of active material and apply it to the concrete of the road surface.This paper discusses the basic function of PLS cementing material and its usage in practical project. The paper analyses the hydrate of PLS cementing material by scanning the electron microscope and X-ray diffraction analytical instrument and some other modern microcosmic test means and reveals a complete picture of its hydrate process. This paper also gives the experimental study on the basic mixing proportion, the choice of activator and parameter of PLS cementing material. This paper takes up the fundamental principle of PLS cementing material applied to concrete and obtains the optimum mix of the concrete by many time's data analysis in practical project. In addition, this paper experimental investigation about workability, tensile and compression strength and durability of PLS concrete. On the base of experiment, this paper makes an overall analysis on the loss of water dosage, compression strength, drying shrinkage,the durability of each item and any other functions of PLS concrete. It can be seen from the research; PLS concrete has a broad prospect in application to the ritual road surface construction.All in all, fly ash with low level and acetylene sludge used as industrial waste always make people feel troublesome to deal with. But now the application of PLS concrete to the experimental roads in Chong Qing area greatly reduces the engineering cost and has the very profound significance on land saving and environmental protection.
