In recent years, due to the continuous development of China's economy, the volume of traffic is constant corresponding surge, especially in the developed coastal regions of the dramatic increase in traffic volume。In the interest of countries to meet the requirements of coastal traffic at the same time is also striving to develop the western region, the original low-grade highways and road capacity has been unable to meet demand, there is an urgent need to expand the existing Highway transformation. At present, China's main highway widening project in the coastal region which have wider distribution of the soft soil, poor foundation conditions, the new levy of land in these areas are difficult to highway expansion of the thorniest problems encountered; Mountainous region in the west, as more ditch slope Higher limitations of natural conditions, in the past, the low-grade highways can not meet the actual needs, demands broadened into a high-grade highway. Accordingly, in these areas Highway widening project on issues related to the project is very important significance.This paper, based on widening project of expressway from Yayao to Fukai in Guangdong Foshan, talks about feasible expressway widening scheme with no or little land requisition.
