Electromagnetic environment around HVDC transmission lines, HVAC transmission line and parallel high-voltage HVAC-HVDC transmission line is attracted more and more attention. Based on the Deutsch assumption, the electric field intensity distribution around transmission lines is calculated and analyzed. The solution procedure of electric field line is obtained, and the electric field strength calculation procedures of parallel transmission line are programmed. The procedure runs stability, and its effectiveness has been tested by series of examples. For the actual projects, the ground-level electric field strength distribution regularity with different wires height, space, radius and different arrangement of parallel lines is analyzed. At the same time, the transmission line on the impact of the electromagnetic environment around is analyzed, a number of suggestions on the design of the transmission line are proposed.
